•  Bachelor degree of Business Administration or relevant fields
•  Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in HR practices
•  Knowledge of Human Resources Compliance and Administration. 
•  Must be a fast learner, be able to work without close supervision, innovation and look for improvement in all tasks 
•  Good interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility
•  Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated 
•  Good at communication skills, including English speaking and writing skills 
•  Able to work independently
•  Chinese or other language is also a must

•  Maintaining HR & Admin duty
•  Dealing with all related Cambodian legal laws
•  Prepare necessary contract and other legal documents 
•  Designing and developing employee data sheets
•  Manage all related HR & Admin compliance tasks 
•  Maintain a high security of the workplace and good workplace environment 
•  Perform other functions that may be required by management level
