Introduction :

Camintel Co., Ltd has been established since 1995. We are looking for outstanding candidates, who enjoy the challenging work environment found in the Telecommunication industry, to apply for the position as:

Job Requirement :
  • Male or Female from age 23 to 30 years old.
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or other related field
  • Professional certification in HR Management
  • Profound knowledge on Cambodia Labor Law
  • Passion and ability to affect and inspire change, to drive into policies and procedures and its compliances.
  • Exceptional level in policies design and development skills.
  • Excellent and demonstrated coaching, feedback and people development skills
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and team player.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in general HR Management roles.
  • Significant experience in managing Human Resource Information Systems, recruitment, labor and employee relations
  • Exceptional experience in conflict resolutions and management
  • Experienced in multi-nationals industries is strongly preferred.
Job Duties :
  • Oversee functions of HR services within Company such as recruitment, hiring, payroll, employee record
  • keeping including contracts/agreements, compensation, and benefits for employees.
  • Develop and oversee implementation of Staff Policies.
  • Assist MD to review Job description/title/responsibility changes.
  • Assist to all Department Head in Coordinating probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal of all staffs.
  • Educate staff members regarding policies, compensation and benefits as well as responding to general and specific inquiring on HR issues and others.
  • Develop and maintenance the staff benefit program
  • Calculation staff benefits and compensation
  • Administrative support to departments dealing with the task of editing, typing, mailing
  • Develop templates for company
  • Answerable to interoffice queries and ensures that there is effective communication of operational data to the management department.
  • Provides support to other department of the Company and manages projects of the company
  • Submit monthly Admin reports to MD
  • Control and update office facilities, office equipment
  • Administrative support to departments dealing with mailing and filing
  • Other tasks assigned by MD
  • Translating and interpreting from Khmer to English and vice versa.
  • Creation and submission of the documents to each government authorities.
  • Handle and conduct the other general affairs etc…
  • Any assignment directed by MD.
