Caritas Cambodia is an International Non-governmental Organization has been working in nine provinces of Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Kandal, Takeo, Preah Vihear, Mondulkiri and Kratie provinces in Integrated Development, Sustainable Agriculture, Community Health, HIV/AIDs, Prison, Prevention Eye Care, Community Based Disaster Preparedness, Emergency Response and Rehabilitation, Climate Change, Right Based Approach and Advocacy, Gender and Anti-Trafficking and Youth Development Program. Caritas Cambodia is currently seeking qualified Cambodian National to fulfill position of:

HIV-TB-HSS OD Coordinator (2 Positions for Sothnikum District and Siem Reap District)  

• MD, MA, Nurse or Midwife with solid experience in HIV, TB, HSS, Groups formation, Gender and Migration issues;
• Good leadership, coordination, facilitation, communication skills;
• Skills in technical assistance oversight;
• Knowledge on M&E, reporting, recording;
• Strong management skills;
• Good control of English and computer skills;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to the working situation;
• Solid commitment to work in remote areas with long distances traveling.

• Develop and strengthen PLHIV SHG according to NCHADS procedures and link with CoC network;
• Develop work plan with SHGL and assist them with training and coaching. Assess their training needs;
• Strengthen capacity of the SHGL on HIV-TB-HSS through active involvement with VHSG/HCMC;
• Network with local authorities and involve in the DIP and CIP for advocacy and all HIV issues;
• Strengthen the saving and credit program of the SHG with livelihood activity development and link with the Caritas livelihood trainers;
• Train SHGL on budgeting; clear finances matters with the SHGL on time for NCHADS, GF and other funding partners;
• Write quarterly and monthly work plans and reports, M&E reports, financial reports.
