• Male age from 18-30 years old. 
•  1 year experience working as gym instructor.
•  Be able to speak English.
•  A good ability to demonstrate the core competencies.
•  Suitable and sufficient face to face customer service experience, preferably in a similar role 
•  Hold or willingness to obtain, update and apply knowledge/skills from automated external defibrillator qualification. 
•  A working knowledge of Health and Safety responsibilities in a sport center environment.
•  Willingness to continuously develop and attend training and development sessions in line with your personal training plan, on occasion out-with your normal hours of work, to ensure the required of level of competence.

•  Carry out gym inductions, fitness assessment and consultations.
•  Pro-actively engage with customers to meet their individual requirements.
•  Demonstrate activities for client to follow.
•  Give advice on healthy diet and lifestyle.
•  Stop behavior that could be dangerous.
•  Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints should they arise 
•  Set up and take down sports equipment.
•  Promote products and services to customers and visitors.
•  Attend regular training to maintain job competence.
