Introduction :

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and sophisticated General Manager and Human Resources Manager for immediate start, to lead our new 25-room boutique hotel due to open at the end of August. Along with the hotel, you will be responsible for a 50+seater Restaurant, rooftop bar, a 2-room spa and the hotel’s boutique (to be developed and established).

General Manager
The Manager we are seeking will be a hands-on leader, a go-getter with vast experience through the hospitality ranks, and now seeking senior management challenges. You will have a demonstrated ability to train and lead your Cambodian team, and promote a culture focused on high customer service and hard work. You will also have at least three years of experience in a similar role, be fluent in English, French and German; and have great attention to detail, unique ideas and love for great design!

Human Resources Manager (Closed)
To manage and administer Human Resources operations, ensuring smooth, effective and efficient running of all personnel. The Human Resources Manager will also develop policies and procedures, facilitate recruitment, as well as staff selection, training and career development.

Job Requirement :
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the hospitality industry or international organizations in a similar role.
  • Great motivation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide viable solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Khmer.
  • Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Duties :
  • Foster positive relations between colleagues through an environment that promotes open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun.
  • Manage and assist with staff recruitment, retention, termination, benefits and compensation.
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Lead, coach and advocate for administrative staff.
  • Assist in the implementation of the human resources strategy, policies, procedures and processes.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with applicable Cambodian labor law.
  • Develop staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issue written offers of employment.
  • Monitor absences, measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
  • Work with staff and management to facilitate staff development and training opportunities.
