We are presently recruiting for hospitality oriented individuals to be members of pre-opening team for  professions such as Front Office Manager cum Housekeeping, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Sous Chef, E-Commerce Manager, Human Resources Officer and Account Executive with below key duties and responsibilities, and job specifications.

Job Requirement :
  • Responsible for supervising of all front office and housekeeping functions to meet departments’ objectives by using policy and procedural guidelines and budget restraints to maximize hotel income.
  • Response for developing, review and implement of established department standard operation procedures.
  • Plan for departmental performance standards and objectives.
  • Organize and directly supervise work flows within the departments and ensure the effective inter-communication between housekeeping and front office department.
  • Coordinate resource used to achieve objectives and standards.
  • Recruit and select subordinates, conduct departmental orientation, analysis, plan, design, deliver and evaluate on-the job-training periodically to maximize the productive and quality of performance and services.
  • Conduct the staff performance appraisal as per set policy and procedure.
  • Supervise all sections of the front office and housekeeping to ensure that standard operation procedures are being followed.
  • Prepare reports as required and/or set by the management of the hotel.
  • Ensure that guest services provided meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain friendly and corporate working relationship with other departments of the hotel.
  • Ensure that department equipments and materials are appropriately maintained.
  • Ensure that supplies for the department are sufficient for requirements and used appropriately.
  • Take part in planning for departmental budgets, strategic plans and business plans as required.
Job Duties :
  • To perform the role effectively, individuals should possess the minimum job specification as below
  • Holding bachelor’s degree, major in hospitality & tourism Management is an advantage and/or in business administration or English literature or certification of related vocational training or on-the job-training is strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Working experience as a front office manager within full service hotels is a preferable. Previous experience or internship with housekeeping would be a plus.
  • Strong management and leadership skills and attention to detail. Able to determine priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills, written, speaking, listening and reading
