Hanuman Tourism Co., Ltd is a leading tourism company in the kingdom of Cambodia since the company began life as a travel consultancy in 1990. Hanuman provides tailor-made travel and innovative tours across the Mekong Region. Due to its business success, we are looking for Cambodian nation to fill the position of French Sales Consultant based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

•  Bachelor Degree majoring in Tourism or related fields.
•  At least 2-years related working experience in the tourism companies. A real flair for and knowledge of tourism in the Mekong Region would be a distinct advantage.
•  Computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, Access, the internet and email).
•  Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking in French.
•  Strong numeracy and negotiation skills required, with particular attention to detail.
•  Able to offer a high degree of initiative, commitment and flexibility.
•  Able to work as a team member and work independently where required.

•  Responsible in working with the Agencies partners including making quotations, communicate, correspond and responding to sales enquiries within the company time frame policy of 24 hours.
•  Monitoring and follow up each sales file to the successful completion and closing of the sales.
•  You are required to submit on time your sales activity report to your line manager fortnightly.
•  Working closely with the Product department/ Operations/ Ticketing to acquire and enhance your product knowledge. `
•  Responsible for the accomplishment of agreed sales objectives and targets.
•  Planning and prioritizing your selling activities to maximize your productivity output.
•  Working closely and maintaining good relationship with colleagues and superior officers throughout the HANUMAN organization.
•  Responsible in representing Hanuman with professional competency, passion and integrity to our oversea agencies partners and other stakeholders.
•  Attending the familiarization trips and training as and when required to enhance the Product and Customer service knowledge.
•  You shall be required from time to time to represent Hanuman in all Responsible Tourism projects that are held within and outside the country.
•  You shall be required from time to time to assist in Reservations and Operations.
