This Life Cambodia (TLC) is seeking to employ a full-time staff member for the position This Life Beyond Bars Program Coordinator and Financial/Admin Officer.

Finance/Admin Officer
The Financial/Admin Officer contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization. The successful candidate will start immediately. 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of work experience in accounting and finance and admin roles with NGO
• Computer competency required, especially MS Excel and Accounting software – QuickBooks
• Fluent in both English and Khmer (written and spoken) in an office setting
• Attention to detail, accurate and reliable
• Demonstrate good team work
• Confident, outgoing, passionate individual who wants to work with a progressive, dynamic and creative team in an International NGO setting

• Response to control petty cash and making report for petty cash reimbursement.
• Assist Chief Financial Officer for daily transactions of the program/projects activities using accounting software
• Collect all original invoices and Pay monthly on time (Office rental, telephone expenses, electricity expenses etc...)
• Monthly Tax Pay to Tax Department.
• Response for Cash withdraw and Cash deposit
• Assist CFO to settle Advance & Clearance
• Assist CFO for staff payroll
• Response to control Staff Saving Scheme
• Assist CFO to produce monthly report for PC
• Assist CFO for Bank reconciliation (ANZ Royal, Online Saver, Paypal & Business Extra)
• Response for maintain office (make sure operation is running smoothly)
• Quarterly checking the TLC equipment and TLC Inventory.
• Response for Documentation & Arrange files (hard copy) in an orderly manner and keep them updated.
• Response for administration work such as staff leave record, letter in and out, answer the telephone etc.
• Greet and introduce visitors to TLC’s program/projects (front of house)
• Actively promote child protection and safety
• This position may also require the undertaking of additional jobs on request by the Deputy Director / Executive Director or Program Coordinators.

Salary Package
This Life Beyond Bars Program Coordinator
Salary Package: $650 - $700 per month. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary based on experience. The package also includes savings scheme, health and accident insurance, and a telephone allowance.

Finance/Admin Officer
The successful candidate will be offered a salary based on experience. The package also includes savings scheme, health insurance, and a telephone allowance. Salary Package: $200 - $300 per month, depending on experience
