You will be joining the multi disciplinary team of Friends-International (FI) comprised of over 600 professionals committed to achieving best quality and innovative holistic service for youth children and families worldwide. 

What will you do?

As a Finance Office your will be responsible for overall running of the finance and administrative part of the project financed directly by the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM).
This also includes supporting the project manager to provide financial reports on a timely basis.

• You are passionate about working to support marginalized children and youth, their families and their communities
• You have knowledge about accounting principles and how finance works
• You are experienced with donor funding and administrating grants spending
• You are excellent at seeing issues in finance processes and enjoy solving them
• You are a dynamic team player and you know how to work well with external organizations in a respectful and supportive way
• You are skilled with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Your native language is Khmer and your English is good
• You are very organized and you enjoy putting things in order

• Make sure all financial and procurement guidelines of Global Fund are followed
• Work closely with NCHADS (National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology, Tuberculosis and STD) team
• Assist in payment and income voucher preparation
• Data entry of all Global Fund income and payment vouchers using QuickBooks
• Prepare regular reports for Global Fund as per guidelines
• Sub-Grants: make sure all partners are receiving timely advance upon receiving donor installments; Partners report to FI on a timely basis and correct allocation to budget line, variances are explained where necessary, through gentle reminders and follow-up
• Handle all procurement for Global Fund contract
