Borey Varina is a leading residential development company in Cambodia. We provide our customers with all kinds of residences. Currently, we are looking for the potential candidates to fulfill some positions as below:

•  Master or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or other relevant field
•  At least 3 years of working experiences with Construction Company
•  Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
•  Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email, Finance or Accounting Software
•  Be able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
•  Understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
•  Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer
•  Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•  Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•  Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
•  Be able to lead and motivate others.

• Updates financial statement and financial procedure policy to push smoothly operation of company
•  Oversees daily operations of finance department, guide, P&L, Credit control, costing
•  Oversees the smooth and effective use of accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
•  Analyzes and evaluate potential finance and security risks to the organization and implement strategies to reduce risks
•  Monitors and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
•  Formulates strategic and long-term business plans 
•  Researches and reporting on factors influencing business performance
•  Reviews company financial reports and conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
•  Manages a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
•  Produces accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
•  Prepares financial statements, company’s budget, business activity reports, and forecasts
•  Oversees operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
•  Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
•  Control financial position, performance, cash flow and budgeting within the entity.
•  Perform others related finance tasks assigned my management.
