Job Title : Finance & HR Officer and Admin Assistant: General Support

Introduction :

Initially established in 1996 as a project of International HIV/AIDS Alliance, KHANA started operating as an NGO in 1997 and was officially registered as a local NGO in 2000. Since then it has been operating as a linking organization of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and is so far a leading non-governmental organization in Cambodia that has made outstanding contributions to the HIV response and other related emerging issues in the country. KHANA’s work has been made possible through support from USAID, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, European Union, and AusAID. 

We are now seeking two qualified Cambodians national for the following vacancies.

Job Requirement :

Finance and HR Officer (Volunteer)

  • Selection Criteria:
  • Graduate bachelor in business administration, finance and banking, business management and or related fields.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.
  • Experience is not required.

Admin Assistant: General Support (Volunteer)

  • Selection Criteria:
  • Graduate bachelor in business administration, majoring in general management, business management and or related fields.
  • Experience is not required.
Job Duties :

Finance and HR Officer (Volunteer)

  • The post holder is responsible for providing finance assistance and human resource support in recruitment documenting, filing and assist Manager: KHANA Support Service Center with day to day activities.
  • Specific responsibilities include:
  • Keep track of Manager: KHANA Support Service Center’s incoming and out-going correspondences.
  • Assist Senior Human Resource Officer in Recruitment and Selection process.  

Admin Assistant: General Support (Volunteer)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The post holder plays a vital role in the provision of full range of general support services for Admin and Procurement Unit by ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations as well as proper maintain for procurement records.
  • Specific responsibilities include:
  • Receive and record all purchase request forms from staff and budget holders.
  • Assist Senior Admin and Procurement Officer to contact suppliers to obtain prices and quotations for goods and services.
  • With support from Senior Admin and Procurement Officer and Admin Officer: Assets and Stock Management to manage office facility maintenance.
