Position 2: Finance Assistant & HR Administrator

Category: Accounting/Finance/ Human Resource
Location: Phnom Penh
Schedule: Temporary Maternity Cover (starting date: ASAP & ending date: 11 May 2016) 
There may be the possibility of permanent employment at the end of this period
Closing Date COB (5PM),  Monday 30 Nov 2015

Reporting to the Regional GM Cambodia & Laos, the Finance Assistant & HR Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial control and all HR administration.

Job Requirement :
  • University Graduate in financial accounting
  • Certificate in English language
  • Minimum 4 years accounting experience
  • Good knowledge in accounting software (Conical Hat) will be a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of Cambodian financial law including tax legislation
  • Understanding of Cambodian labour code and investment law
  • Preferred experience with travel reservations and operations issues, gained through working in the travel industry.
  • Preferred experience in a multi-national environment with reporting requirements to overseas Head Office
  • Prefer experience in managing people
Job Duties :
  • Distribute accounts reports for on time and in line with head Oofice requirements.
  • Manage the tour fund, tour expenses and overhead expenses on a weekly/ monthly basis and ensure the accuracy of associated internal reports
  • Prepare invoices and check for accuracy
  • Manage staff salaries, insurance payments and expenses.
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Manage cash advances.
  • Process invoices Manage cash flow management is maintained Ensure tax workings are correctly computed and lodged
  • Ensure the calculation of monthly NSSF payments are accurately and submit on time
  • Analyze and recommend ideas for improvements to the financial management and process
  • Manage two accounts staff
  • Liaise with external auditors 2015 financial audit
  • Manage agreements with property management agencies, landlords and insurance agencies.
  • Maintain relationships with key suppliers, tax department, banks and government
  • Liaise with other department heads to resolve any financial problems
  • Liaise with other departments regarding queries about price or cost of bookings Manage the relationship with our IT & ISP providers
  • Deal with the company bank
