Position: Finance Assistant
Location:   Kirivong District, Takeo Province.
Salary & Benefit Package:     $USD 376 to 423 dependent on professional experience and qualifications

THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To contribute Area Program’s goals and objectives by providing effective accounting service, timely process day to day finance transaction, assist AP staff with the accounting process requirements, coordinate in monthly expense plan, assist AP in budgeting process and spending monitoring, review and advice for accuracy and time financially financial report, contribute in Financial partnering to ensure compliance and effective use of fund.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2-year experiences in accounting
• Proven knowledge of an accounting software, esp. Sun system
• Good English for communication purpose (writing, speaking, listening)
• Good interpersonal skill, well organized and priories work

• To ensure Imprest Fund is properly accounted for, compliance to policy, process accurate payment and cash is available and pay on time.
• Assist Area Program (AP) staff in accounting process requirements,
• To ensure the Financial Partnering is implemented with compliance and effective use of the fund
• Assist ADP manager and Project coordinators in budget planning process and expend monitoring
• Coordinate in monthly budget expense planning (cash request)
• Cooperate with Operations Finance to ensure project financial report are accurate, timely
