riverorchid insight’s first research was commissioned in Cambodia in 2002 and since then we have conducted a variety of ad hoc as well as continuous research studies.

• Bachelor degree in Sociology Management or Marketing or any other relevant disciplines
• At least 2-3 years work experiences in Research management and budgeting
• Preference on field management and planning
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Be able highly responsible and proactive and reactive
• Hones, Good Teamwork, Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

• Prepare field work plan
• Prepare budget plan and manage budget
• Involve in fieldwork management/ operation both quantitative and qualitative research
• Fieldwork controlling/ supervising
• Involve in fieldworkers briefing/ training
• Assist in data processing as such design data coding, data entry and data checking (if Data manager request)
• Conduct interview both quantitative and qualitative if require
• Translate questionnaire (Khmer to English or English to Khmer) if necessary
• Provide clients services when necessary
• Assist research manager in verifying expenses of each project
• Assist in administrative works within riverorchid insight
• Assist in new Business development when necessary
• Assist in project management within reiverorchid insight
