• Oversee and manage production planning
•  Provide Quality & Manpower Control
•  Work closely with the Managing Director in strategic planning and execution of the Production business and future growth
•  Define and establish development strategies and monitor workers
•  Analyze existing operating systems and develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures
•  Keep The Factory area Clean and good condition

•  Diploma/Degree with 1 - 2 years’ experience in Furniture production.
•  Proven track record of management and leadership ability
•  Ability to work independently and attentive to details
•  Can able to read Drawing and make good explanation
•  Positive personality and good team player.
•  Meticulous and responsible.
•  Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
•  Able to start immediately or short notice would be an advantage.
•  Able to work Over time
