•  To responsible for the stocks, dispensing of drinks, service to the guest, correct inventory, the beverage requisition of stock for daily operation.

•  To maintain the highest standard of drink
•  To be aware of all repairs and maintenance work to be done in his bar and report any defects that need to be rectified.
•  To be responsible for the opening and closing of the bar operation.
