Crown Resorts is looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourist Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.
• Age 35 years old and above.
• Human Relation skills. Must be a “people-person” who thrives on public contact.
• Performance Management skills, communication skills,
• Ability to supervise employees.
• Computer literacy of basic administrative.
• Outstanding oral written English and Thai communication skills.
• Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
• Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
• Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
• Ability to attend to more than one task at a time.
• Office organizational skills, high standards of customer services.

• Attend HOD meetings as the head of Department.
• To develop and maintain the highest standard of quality as they relate to presentation, supervision and control of food & beverage service in Restaurant and all pits.
• To build and maintain a strong and efficient team.
• To conduct training on a regular basis.
• To groom efficient and trustworthy staff, who takes pride in their work, thereby providing the highest level of service if possible.
• To operate the department with a positive financial results.
• To be constantly inspecting the restaurant and all pits for cleanliness and working conditions by using the self respective check list.
• To prepare the annual F&B budgets and F&B marketing plans.
• To adhere to all house rules, regulations and casino policies.
• To review on a regular basis, all F&B items and inventory, making sure it tallies and submitted to the General Manager and Director to make changes when necessary.
• To review on a regular basis the staff situation in the restaurant and replace departed employees, keeping in mind the quarterly business forecast.
• To regulate shift coverage for optimum effectiveness by scheduling full staffing at busy times and eliminating overstaffing at slow times.
• To anticipate the volume of business, taking into consideration the occupancy of the hotel, holidays and the weather, activities in the casino and the community in general.
• To analyze daily reports and prepare a realistic annual restaurant budget.
• To ensure that no reusable food & beverages are wasted.
• To monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverages items served.
• To maintain communication with all other departments.
• To create a sound and strong working relationship with all staffs and help to develop their maximum potential.
• To review and update job descriptions for all concerned personnel once a year.
• To ensure that all employees are screened properly when hired, receive the casino’s orientation program (includes orientation through human resources, etc.), instructed in F&B service procedures and informed of all rules & regulations.
• To develop and implement training programs. Conduct training sessions with all personnel at least once a month.
• To develop promising personnel and achieve the highest level of F&B service excellence.
• To check all employees regularly (during pre-service briefing) for cleanliness, appearance and instilling the awareness of pride in their uniform and outlet.
• Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
• All other duties as assigned.
