We are a foreign invested socks factory in Phnom Penh, Cambodia looking to employ an Experienced Production Manager with the following qualifications.

• Any nationality
• Age: At least 35 years old or above
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in production field with a foreigner company in Cambodia
• Strong background in strategic planning and people management skills
• Able to lead the whole production floor from beginning to end, leading, guiding, motivating and training, local and foreign section supervisors/manager to achieve consistent work flow and meet timely delivery schedules.
• Fluent oral and written English communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making
• Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
