Reports to: Senior Executive, Training

• University graduate in related human resources discipline or equivalent education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development and human resources functions
• Experience in design and develop training programs and able to conduct training and coaching effectively
• Previous proven successful staffing experience in the hotel/casino industry
• Broad knowledge in all aspects of HR functions
• Working conditions
  • This position may require longer working hours and can include working during evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Any person(s) nominated by management.

• Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations:
  • Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.
•  General Job Functions:
  • Assists the implementation and operations of policies and procedures in Training;
  • Prepares training calendar to plan the full year training programs;
  • Works with subject matter experts to design and develop training and development programs based on both the company’s and the individual's needs;
  • Produces training materials for in-house courses and conduct the trainings/workshops;
  • Carries out course evaluation and analysis and act on feedback where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement;
  • Undertakes project or other work as directed by the Training Senior Executive/Manager.
