• Good knowledge of SST systems, message protocol, Cryptographic Key Management
• Thoroughly familiar with troubleshooting problems related to SST
• Good knowledge in networking, TCP/IP, firewall and networking
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Highly result oriented and can work independently and long hours when needed
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external parties
• Experience in implementing and managing SST
• Good analytical, technical, written and communication skill

• Coordinate with SST Security Custodian to perform terminal key loading
• Supervise and administer installation of terminal, upgrade, and applying patch by vendor
• Assist ATM Operation team/users in any reconciliation error
• Assist business user in procuring/confirm specification of the SST
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to project team members and business user so that project quality is enhanced
• Supervise, monitor and follow-up on all tickets assigned to vendor
• Document all items related to SST management
• Other task/project as assigned
• Maintain inventory control on all SST list and supervise branch’s and off-site SST owners when vendor performing preventive maintenance
• Handle BAU operation and project related to SST deployment and management
