• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance or Management; or with relevant working experience in this area;
• At least 1 or 2 years in financial institutions
• Understand Cambodian banking landscape & regulations;
• Good understanding of Cambodian consumer behaviour;
• Creative;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong ability to negotiate and build relationship;
• Strong presentation skills and convincing ability;
• Ability to work under matrix environment with deadline;
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Understand about Core banking system (CIMB Core banking System)

• Ensure Retail/Commercial/Digital Banking product offerings are continuously aligned with market needs;
• Deliver projects related to product offerings and performances;
• Work with process and system support to develop proper guidelines and policies to ensure product offerings are aligned;
• Conduct training on product offerings to build sales staff’s competency as needed
• Monitor and study on product-service on market
• Serve as point of contact for all branches to answer questions related to product knowledge;
• Work closely with Marketing Comm for all running promotional campaign and program
• P&L responsibilities for various product lines;
• Drive business to achieve targets;
• Administrative matters
• Other task/project as assigned.
