NagaWorld Limited is a subsidiary of NagaCorp Limited, a Publicly Listed gaming and entertainment company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the first and best integrated hotel entertainment complex in the fast developing Mekong region.

With the existing NagaWorld complex reaching full capacity on a regular basis, NagaCorp is constructing Naga2 a stone throw away from the current premises. Naga2 will house an additional 800 hotel rooms, 100 luxury suites and a 2500 seat theatre. 
Naga City Walk, an exclusive duty free retail mall will connect the two complexes. Naga City Walk is expected to be launched later this year with Naga2 expected to be in operation by June 2017. 
In addition to the expansion plan in Cambodia, in 2015, NagaCorp held its groundbreaking ceremony in Vladivostok, Russia for the Primorsky Entertainment Resort City "PERC" project which is expected to be completed in 2018.

•  Bachelor degree or equivalent education required
•  A minimum of two year's experience in marketing
•  Strong English communication skills and profiency in Korean, Chinese, Thai, or Vietnamese is an advantage.
•  Be able to work in shift hours

•  Enrolls new members by accurately entering Passport Data into our database;
•  Maintains a high level of NagaWorld Property product knowledge; 
•  Fully understands all GERC related promotions and be able to introduce the promotions and respond to guest enquiries as instructed by management;
•  Acts as a welcome agent for oversea guests and ensures all requests are handled during a guest stay;
•  Ensures guest contact details are up to date upon delivery of 1 point gift set or FOC congratulation card;
•  Presents a positive image of the GERC department and NagaWorld reinforcing our 5 star standard;
•  Recognizes when a customer may need additional help and introduce them to someone who can help.
