The Australian Alumni Association of Cambodia (AAA-C) invites applications for the position of Executive Director who will be responsible for implementing the AAA-C’s five year strategic plan to improve its financial sustainability and effectiveness as an alumni association.  The successful applicant should be available to commence in the position from early May 2016.

• The Executive Director will work closely with the AAA-C committee to:
•  oversee the execution of the AAA-C’s strategic plan and work closely with the AAA-C Committee to achieve the objectives and goals of the AAA-C;
• develop, implement and promote sponsorship programs to enhance the financial sustainability of the AAA-C;
• develop and implement a communications and marketing plan;
• build and foster relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including alumni and businesses;
• review and revise the existing AAA-C charter;
• manage an alumni database;
• prepare a costed annual plan and manage the AAA-C budget; and
• undertake the management of alumni engagement functions and events.
