•  Master degree in International Business, Economic or other related field. 
•  Fresh Graduates or those with 1 year of experience in a professional work setting.
•  Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•  Knowledge in Sales and marketing
•  Familiarity with basic research methods
•  Strong communication skills both in Khmer and English
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
•  Strong attention to details
•  Ability to think creatively
•  Ability to work under pressure

•  Assist the top management in the planning and implementing of business plans, market research and operations as business need
•  Perform administrative tasks including, but are not limited to, scheduling and coordinating meetings, taking and following up of minutes of meeting.
•  Prepare and maintain data, reports and other necessary documents
•  Perform other related duties as assigned
