Our Company is currently looking for dynamic and experienced individual to fill up the following positions to be based in Village 2, Kampenh Commune, Steung Hav District, Preah Sihanouk Province.

• Bachelor degree or suitable technical qualification;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, of which 2 years in an equivalent position;
• Very good knowledge of Cambodian environmental regulations;
• Good contacts at and a history of working with Cambodian governmental departments;
• Experience in the power generation industry, or other heavy industry, will be a strong advantage,
• Strong English communication skills;
• Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel).

• Compile and develop the Site Environmental Plan, coordinate and monitor Operations & Maintenance to implement, as well as meeting audit compliance.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities (Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Mines & Energy, etc) in the implementation and compliance requirement.
• Monitor compliance with the requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environment Management Plan (EMP)
• Monitor air, water and solid waste emissions and effluents discharges
• Prepare internal and external reports and develop working procedures and plan
• Conduct and manage the training process and educate awareness of environmental protection.
