South East Asia Telecom (Cambodia) Co, Ltd (SEATEL Cambodia), founded in 2014, the subsidiary of SEATELGroup in Cambodia, is a comprehensive telecommunication operator whose business includes mobile telecommunication and Internet services. 

• At least 5 years experience in product management with good track record or products you have taken from idea phase to release
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail, ability to influence and motivate others and perseverance to handle challenging business situations
• Thrilled about meeting Seatel’s subcribers and customers to do usability testing, learn about their needs, and to translate these into impactful solutions
• Capable of putting up business cases and defend them with the stakeholders
• Familiar with reporting and analytics tools (capable of designing and building meaningful KPI reports and product usage data reports)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in English

• Management in product strategy and roadmap. Manage all aspects of product development including market analysis, product planning, pricing and competitor analysis etc.
• Master existing product functionality. 
• Increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. 
• Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and other partners
• Be able to research the market to determine customers’ needs 
• Be an expert with respect to the competition. Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products and make sensible proposals for next steps
• Own several product lines and shepherd their entire lifecycle
• Interview key stakeholders on required product functionality
• Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering and design to help draw the enterprise product strategy
• Write descriptive functional requirements
• Measure and analyze product metrics, customer needs, and business opportunities to guide the product feature creation and optimize user experience
• Identify product and technical issues and actively develop and track solutions
• Work with multiple clients, quickly come up to speed on their technologies, manage multiple schedules and drive issues to resolution
• Develop and execute on a clear and innovative mobile strategy roadmap
• Work closely with the cross-functional product teams to identify and prioritize a roadmap of high impact mobile projects
• Lead the end-to-end success of projects from requirements definition through design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis
• Manage and navigate the priorities of engineering, design, content and marketing while balancing resourcing and other constraints to arrive at an effective and timely solution.
