•  Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent degree
•  2 years experiences in site work
•  Good communication in Khmer and English
•  Be able to use AutoCAD, and 3D design is an advantage
•  Be able to work under pressure

•  Direct activity with contractor following specification and schedule
•  Inspect all formwork and re-bar work before pouring concrete
•  Record slump test and concrete test
•  Prepare updated drawing for contractors
•  Daily report to site manager
•  Engineering record all activities
•  Document every process at site
