• Bachelor Degree, major in HR Management, Management or similar field
• Minimum 2 years working experience with HR filed. 
• Knowledge of labour laws, trade union, compensation management
• Experiences in organizing and delivering trainings.
• Committed (Resilience, Motivation, Solve, Act)
• Self-initiative, people oriented and strong leadership skill.
• Good planning & organizing skills
• Good coordination skill

• Conduct orientation to the new comer, implementing On-Boarding Program, follow up the probation assessment.
• Handle attendant, overtime, and take oversee on staff transportation. 
• Review/update the Job description and manpower need/ recruit for some levels (align with recruitment team).
• Coordination on the other training, Employee event organizing
• Support compensation and benefit team (insurance claim, NSSF) 
• Communicate any HR polices to employees at the plant
• Deal with provincial labor department.
