• Ensuring customer data is maintained up-to- date using Sinh Hak Hout Project ERP system
• Ensuring all furniture, Sanitary & Appliance systems are installed efficiently, on-time, as per installation drawings, delivering a service that exceeds customers’ expectations
• Checking orders against paperwork prior to departure from the workshop
• Loading jobs into truck or other means of transport and carrying furniture, Sanitary ware & Appliance into customers’ homes with care
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of truck/tuk tuk and the workshop to ensure all staff continue to work in a safe and pleasant environment
• Occasionally assembling customer orders depending on demands of the business and being flexible to perform other tasks as and when needed related to Sinh Hak Hout’s branches and distribution center.
