We are presently recruiting for hospitality oriented individuals to be members of pre-opening team for  professions such as Front Office Manager cum Housekeeping, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Sous Chef, E-Commerce Manager, Human Resources Officer and Account Executive with below key duties and responsibilities, and job specifications.

• To perform the role effectively, individuals should possess the minimum job specification as below
• Holding bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality and tourism management is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of information technology concerned to ecommerce and experience of ecommerce activities implementation and online marketing channels is preferable.
• A competent decision maker with the ability to develop and build a strategic ecommerce and social media plan.
• Strong self management skills and attention to detail. Able to determine priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English communication skills, written, speaking, listening and reading.

• Under the supports from sales and marketing manager, the E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing a company’s online sales and building marketing relations with online travel agents and potential clients in increasing the value of profits.
• Responsible for designing and implementation of all online display advertising and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Design, manage and deliver Sarai Resort & Spa’s ecommerce and social media strategy.
• Manage Sarai Resort & Spa’s website, OTA placements and inventory, participating in pricing strategies, and distribution channel implementations.
• Create and source for content for the website, come up with tactical initiatives to help support specific products and to target particular markets and ensure that all content reinforces Sarai Resort & Spa’s brand value.
• Undertake regular competitor and market analysis and implement change based on the site performance to maximize conversion rates.
• Develop and manage the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy either directly or through an external agency to ensure strong search engine optimization.
• Work with sales & marketing team to develop ecommerce marketing plans which support customer acquisition and retention through the best practice online marketing technique
