•  Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronic or related fields
•  At least 1 years experienced in radio engineering or related fields
•  Understanding a basic of 2G & 3G technology
•  Basic knowledge of MapInfo, Google Earth and GIS software
•  Knowledge of DT Tools ( such as TEMS, NEMO, XCAL )
•  English proficient 
•  Computer literate( Ms. Office & Excel)
•  Be able to travel
•  Able to work independently and under time pressure

•  Investigates Call Drop and network failure
•  Consolidates and solves all issue and complaint of network performance
•  Monitors and maintains all testing equipments
•  Perform other duties as assigned by management
