CARE is a humanitarian aid organisation fighting global poverty, with a special focus on working with women and girls to bring lasting change to their communities. CARE is seeking a qualified person or organisation to produce a documentary video.

• High quality production equipment
• Experience producing documentary videos for NGOs with a focus on the most significant changes resulting from project activities
• Excellent grasp of the creative concept and how to convey the intended tone, style and messaging through the quality of the direction and cinematography
• Ability to work collaboratively with CARE to further develop the creative concept and refine the script to ensure the final products meet CARE expectations
• Ability to travel to Ratanakiri province for the duration of production as needed
• Experience working with ethnic minorities and in remote locations (desirable)

• Produce one 30-minute video showcasing the impacts of the School Governance project in Ratanakiri
• Provide all elements of the video, which may include, but are not limited to scripting, voice-overs, shooting, lighting, graphics, editing, coding and music
• Submit the final approved video no later than 1 December 2014
