Now hiring: District Sales Managers
We are looking for qualified persons to fill several positions for District Sales Manager.  The positions are based in the provinces of Kandal, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kg Thom, Siem Reap, Odar Mean Chey and Banteay Mean Chey with daily trips and overnight travel to districts and rural areas.

• Degree holder in Marketing/Sales Management is preferred.
• Experience in organizational management and especially managing local sales team.
• At least three years working as a manager/team leader.
• Work experiences in rural community.
• English is an asset.
• Working in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team.
• Strong skills in leading, coaching and managing.
• Rural field work, ride motorcycle at rural road and telephone communication.

• We are seeking experienced people to:
• Recruit, train, lead, coach and manage a team of sales agents.
• Manage agents to develop effective daily work-plans and solve problems.
• Lead the sales team to achieve daily results.
• Communicate well and have good presentation skills.
• Provide high quality training and individualized coaching to each sales agent.
• Coach sales agents to coordinate with other internal teams, outside stakeholders and community leaders.
• Be committed to increasing performance and improving results.
• Think critically to analyze sales performance numbers and make adjustments.
