SMSU Program
Sanitation Marketing Scale Up program aims to increase access to sanitary latrines in rural Cambodia. The program works with local latrine business owners and a sales team, who have sold and delivered nearly 200,000 latrines to rural households.
The work of District Sales Leader (DSL)
The District Sales Leader reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), is also a member of regional sales team, and works closely with other regional project teams, especially with Sales Agents/Sanitation Teachers, District Supply Chain Coordinator (DSCC, Provincial Financing Manager (PFM), and Regional Manufacturing & Quality Control Technician (RMQCT), Local Concrete Businesses (LCB). The District Sales Leader is mainly responsible for the overall sales strategy and management, including training, coaching, monitoring and managing the Sales Agents.
