- Digital Channels Manager (01 position)

Job Requirement :
  • Understanding of technology operations in a Financial Services environment.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extensive business analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Extensive experience and understanding of core P&L business drivers
  • Proven experience in change management of Retail products
  • Innovative thinking and quick problem solving ability
  • Ability to influence positive outcomes for both the business unit and broader organization.
  • Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
Job Duties :
  • Work with key stakeholders in the Bank including Head of Retail, frontline staff, Product areas, Finance, Technology, Marketing and Regional Management to ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of key digital channel Projects, and new channel initiatives for the Retail business.
  • Be responsible for the strategic management / planning of the ATM, Internet Banking, POS and future channel capabilities
  • Transition of low value transactions from high cost channels to low cost electronic channels
  • Deliver low cost scalable electronic customer channels that are reliable, effective and well managed from an operational risk perspective
  • Grow revenues through the ATM channel via effective tail management, strategic placement of ATM units, client negotiation, introduction of DCC
  • Increase electronic banking usage and Internet Banking penetration
  • Establish on-boarding processes that mandate e-statement delivery, Internet Banking utilisation, Contact Centre use and ATM
  • Drive staff & customer learning for alternative service channels
  • Be a champion of making banking easier and improving our customers service experience
