• Drive the formulation of the steel structure design process and champion disciplined engineering documentation mechanisms that conform to the global best practices, and enable retention of knowledge and key learning for the organization.
• Collaborate with the Research and Development team in streamlining the designs, processes and embedding new engineering discovery into the projects and the training programs for the teams.
• Rigorously lead structural and value engineering analysis to deliver products that meet the customers’ needs, structural integrity requirements, and financial viability.
