•  Set up productivities plan, Target and resultant collection.
•  Ensuring that products are produced on time within good quality container.
•  Create job instruction in accordance with owner of the department. (No one act beyond job instruction). (With HR)
•  Ensuring that all products will display with the best quality in manufacturing.
•  Preparing equipment maintenance list on schedule.
•  Overseeing the production line, drawing up a production schedule plan.
•  Identifying training cause have been desired.
•  Ensuring that production will be met cost deduction effectiveness.
•  Working out for material resource impact with products quality and process.
•  Cost estimation and setting up quality standards.
•  Production plan management.
•  Take a good cooperation with human resource to implement with company’s policies & goal.
•  Ensuring that health and safety guideline are followed. 
•  Supervising and motivating teams work. 
•  liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff.
•  Supervising the work of junior staff for production.
