• Bachelor Degree in MFI, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance & Banking or any related fields
• Minimum Experience at least three in related field
• Excellent knowledge of Khmer culture and customs
• Fluent in Khmer language and in English
• Good Interpersonal Skills

• Develop annual development plan;
• Set the team of group loan product;
• Ensure in place the policies for Group Loan Product;
• Use Maxima’s existing branches to spread the group loan product and involve in the expansion of Maxima’s outreach by offering the group loan product in new branches;
• Leading the follow-up (control and show how to be successful for branch manager);
• Initiator in completing the tasks;
• Conduct research and ability to understanding the external environment in micro-finance sector (i.e. the customer’s demand, the authority’s support, competitor and regulation);
• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the credit officers’ portfolio of sensitive group loan accounts;
• Formulates the work plan for the Credit Officer team and co-ordinates implementation of the plan;
• Ensures that in attending to their portfolio, Credit Officers’ work is directed to achieve.
• Follow-up the process of group loan product enter into market;
• Deliver the training programs in order to develop marketing theory and new method.
• Other DCM-GL tasks as may assign by CM;
