• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/English/or related fields 
• 2-3 year experience as HR Generalist 
• High commitment and integrity 
• Result-oriented attitude
• Good at English and presentation
• Strong communication skills

• Manage and execute human resource recruitment strategy, cycle of recruitment activities, and employee relations
• Ensure all employments in compliance perspective
• Develop and introduce new employees to policies and procedures of the company 
• Design forms in need of supporting HR operations 
• Control HR costs to derive maximum benefit
• Manage administrative department 
• Other tasks as assigned by management
