community development. We are recruiting experienced and qualified candidate for Deputy HR Manager to lead the development and implementation of HRM policies and procedures of the company.

 

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor or higher education in related field
  • At least 3 years experience in related field
  • Excellent understanding of HR systems
  • Management and coaching skills
  • Communication skills (listening, feedback and presentation)
  • Interviewing skills
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to create and maintain HR systems and procedures
  • Leadership skills
  • Computer literate Microsoft Office
  • Good in English both speaking and writing
  • Honest and willing to work hard and flexible time
Job Duties :
  • Help liaise between company's personnel offices
  • Assist in setting up HR and general affairs policy
  • Create and maintain an effective approach to recruiting and selecting for the company.
  • Work with managers to retain and develop employees through effective performance planning and review
  • Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
  • Support managers in making appropriate promotion and transition decisions in order to help assure the right person is in the right job
  • Assist in new staff orientation, compliance training and other related training activities
  • Ensure that the personnel information has been recorded into system
  • Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, personal accident, employee assistance and many others
  • Implement and make sure that the policy is complied with the company's objectives
  • Support HR functions for all departments
  • Do other assigned tasks by the manager
