Introduction :

NYIS [Premium] is a premium school whose both soft and hard structure are upgraded to assure the better quality of education. It is a leading educational institution with a wide range of Cambodian-Singaporean [K-12] curriculum in Cambodia since 1996. 
We are urgently seeking for potential and dynamic applicants to fulfill the position below:

Job Requirement :
  • Hold Bachelor’s degree majoring in Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • At least one to two years work-related experience.
  • Good command of English: Four-macro-skill fluency.
  • Computer literacy: Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Access, Internet & Email.
  • Labor-related laws in Cambodia.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skill.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Job Duties :
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Conduct the job analysis and write the job descriptions for all employees.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation and training to foster positive attitude toward school objectives.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Perform and coordinate day-to-day clerical and administrative works such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments.
  • Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Involve in management discussions on the organization’s policies and strategic development.
  • Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents.
  • Inspect and audit regularly the HR and Admin affairs at branches.
