SOS Children’s Villages of Cambodia is currently seeking the qualified and competitive dynamic Cambodian candidates to fill a position of Deputy Director of Human Resources & Organization Development based in Phnom Penh.

Job Title of Deputy Director of Human Resources & Organization Development
Location: Phnom Penh
Schedule: Full-time
Essential Requirements:
Sex: Male / Female

• Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
• Should have minimum work experience of 4-5 years in human resources with 2 - 3 years at middle management level either in corporate or not for profit organization
• Good knowledge of local laws, employment rules & latest HR practices

• Responsible for the HR&OD function & its initiatives at national level
• Support to the continental HR&OD function for roll -out and execution of HR&OD policies, processes and projects
• Responsible to identify focus areas of HR&OD at national level
• Responsible for the development of an annual strategic plan of the function at national level
• Responsible to leads processes, activities and projects to achieve objectives at national level as per strategic annual plan of the function
• Acts as a leader for assigned HR&OD objectives
• Support, monitor and follow up the progress of the function objectives at national level
• Act as an expert to the National Director in HR&OD and issues related it
• Support knowledge sharing, and support capacity building of co-workers
