•  Degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Commerce or equivalent
•  Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Bank/ MFI with 2 year managerial level
•  Good knowledge of banking products
•  Problem solving and decision making skills
•  Hard- working and honest
•  Able to communicate well and has good team work

•  Prepare loan disbursement plan and loan booking plan.
•  Prepare monthly budget plan for disbursement. 
•  Provide training to Loan Officers regularly. 
•  Training Loan Officers to gain capacity enough to implement Loan Manuals and Loan Policy.
•  Provide strategies and advice with efficiency relating to Loan Officers. Those strategies and advice shall not conflict with Loan manual and Loan Policy.
•  Enable Loan Officers to monitor and appraise backgrounds and characters of borrowers, co-borrowers and/or guarantors ensuring that they are qualified as described in Loan Manual and satisfied requirement for loan securities.
•  Collaborate with Loan Officers to explain Loan Manuals ensuring that borrowers understand that the loan must be repaid both principals and interest as set in loan repayment schedule.
•  Review Loan reports and other reports and study, analyze and assess balance of portfolio at risk and trends of Loan quality of each Loan Officer and conclude them, then make a comparison to find solution.
•  Take action as per the Loan Policy, Loan Manuals and special instruction from CEO
