• Bachelor degree/fresh graduated in IT, statistics or equivalent.
• One year related experience in similar position or with an insurance sector is an asset
• Good knowledge in SQL language
• Excellence in MS EXCEL
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Access.
• Excellence in analytical skill and problem solving
• Independence and good time management
• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English, both writing and speaking
• Be honest, work hard and flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks).

• Under the global responsibility of the CEO and direct supervision of the Data Management Supervisor, the tasks of Data Operation Officer will be principally responsible for:
• Mission 1: Operate the production phase of corporate and MFI insured
  • Corporate insured
    • Encode and check insured data
    • Prepare premium report
    • Print insurance membership card and OPD passbook and manage the distribution
    • Control stock of insurance membership card, ribbon, OPD passbook…etc
  • MFI insured
    • Facilitate with provincial coordinators to ensure the information flow works properly
    • Reconcile data between PKMIS and all sources from MFIs to ensure accuracy and integrity
    • Prepare premium report
    • Coordinate with partners/clients for data collection, reconcile and solve any problem
• Mission 2: Other tasks
  • Handle various data entry and analysis activities as assigned by supervisor,
  • Liaise with the different departments to ensure accuracy and flow of information,
  • Ensure the confidentiality of data and keep in secure place.

The position is open to Khmer national. It is based in Phnom Penh with 70% travel to other provinces. Salary is commensurate to skills and experiences. PKMI also provides competitive benefit package.
