Alliance Pharma Cambodge is one of the big pharmaceutical distributor company in Cambodia, we has been operated since 2001 and has grown rapidly to become one of the big pharmaceutical distributor company in Cambodia.  Now we are seeking for many qualified candidates for position as in below:

• Cambodian male is preferable
• Graduated Bachelor's degree, preferably Computer Science or Information technology
• Minimum one year experience in Information analysis or data management and stock
• Knowledge of computer in Microsoft office, email, internet, and accounting software
• Be able to manage works and meet deadline
• Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures
• Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure
• Flexible time of work

• Regularly manage stock in and out in the accounting system
• Spot checking actual inventory (daily/weekly)
• Lot number and expiry date must be properly controlled both actual and systematic
• Out of stock must be immediately identify and report to related staff and principals
• Short expiry date and expired stock must be immediately documented and reported
• Damaged stock must be properly identified and allocated in the system
• Inventory Cycle count must be in place till all the inventory is controlled firmly
• Manage and control inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks
• Ensure incoming products is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure & policy
• Identify a minimum stock level, and re-order when stock reach that level by alert to the supply chain manager
• The stock control system must be enable to – tracking stock levels, make order, and issue stock
• Systematic stock management must be in place to make more accuracy of inventory management
• Stock quality must address and separately between system and actual if encounter any bad quality of inventory and immediately report to top management for decision making
• Inventory checklist should be in place – format of the inventory checklist will be setting up
• Monthly inventory report must report within the deadline
• Send sales report to concern person.
