Our support center is open 24/7.

Job Requirement :

i. Education & Certification:
•BBA computer science or business administration or other related field
•cisco certificates is a plus
ii. Experiences & Skills:
•At least 1-2 years’ experience with IT/Telecom company
•Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution
•Be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
•Language proficiency in both chines and English is an advantage.
•Experience with ISP/Telecom/IT market is preferred
iii. Attitude:
•Honesty and hard-working 
•Friendly and customer-oriented

Job Duties :

•Handle the customers’ question, complaints and dealing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
•Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations.
•Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's benefits.
•Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, and upgrades service plan.
•Handle work transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts in system.
•Answers customer requests or inquiries concerning services, billing and claims.
•Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer.
•Big problems cannot be solved, coordinate with NOC with detail information by verbal or written.
•Update the status in report system 
•Assist in maintaining Stations and Server
