Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

Job Duties :

Provide require agreed support / services request by Sales team
-
Liaise with Sales team to conduct product knowledge assessment / training for CSR/update knowledge base
-
Conduct UAT & provide post launch feedback on product & services of Sales team
-
Provide regular intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations to enhance SL
-
Any other tasks of customer service relate to Sales team assign by management / shift
