Job Title : Customer Service.

Job Description :

1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
4. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
5. Process forms.
6. Process customer request for registering.
7. Process deposit or withdraw requests by filling the invoice, and inform to Accounting for further process.
8. Create and manage customers' accounts.
9. Keep records of customer interactions (such as details of inquiries, comments and complaints), actions taken and to report daily to Online Customer Service Supervisor.
10. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
11. Follow up on customer interactions.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement :

1. Nationality : Cambodia

2. Education : High School degree.

3. Experience : Minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service
4. Special Knowledge/Skill:
a. Proficiency in use of the computer.
b. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
c. Amazing communication skill.
d. Able to communicate in minimum 3 languages (English and/or Chinese
and/or Vietnamese and/or Thai).
