Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

Job Duties :

Coordinate with internal & external team to enchantment overall customer experiences

Measure Maintain, enchantment agreed customer satisfaction index
-
Provide report & conduct calibration with unit (CC, RS, OB) mangers
-
Provide Recommend for CSI improvement, increase of CSR productivities, FCR, AHT. SL
-
Other tasks of customer service support assign by management/ shift
