• University/College Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration/Marketing or relevant
•  At least 1 year experience in banking sector (Priority candidates from the other Banks
•  Khmer and English proficiency in both writing and speaking skill
•  Ability to work under pressure and in a team as well as work independently
•  Focused, achievement-oriented, excellent customer service oriented
•  Strong skills of negotiation and presentation
•  Good sales and communication skills​
•  Self-motivation and high commitment

•  Focusing on sales activities to existing and new-to-bank customers by selling banking products and services.
•  Identify or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment.
•  Achieving personal target.
•  Generation of new business via direct sales and / or telesales activities
•  Use of effective sales plan to achieve personal target
•  Providing customer service at good quality and service standards as set out by the Bank
•  Attending regular training in order to provide competent service excellence to customers
•  Ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and standards, local laws and regulations
